| KAL-FREEWAX is new material which have high quality and doesn't create carbon when | ||||||
| it used at high temperature. Above all, this can be used as a subsitute for wax which play | ||||||
| an important role in performance of release agent. | ||||||
| Wax encourage silicon to perform its original ability as sticking silicon component on the | ||||||
| surface of mould. But Wax may have been causing so many side affects such as | ||||||
| stain on both of mould and parts, cobwebbing phenomenon between moulds, | ||||||
| mould adjustment, changing color in parts and etc., | ||||||
| These side affects can be led to a low quality die casting parts. | ||||||
| Our KAL-FREEWAX can be subsituted perfectly for wax component as removing lots of | ||||||
| quality problems which caused by Wax component as well as it gives benefit in cost. | ||||||
