Release agent for MG die casting

Description

KAL-RB200MA was produced from synthetic substance which was combined by very
special silicon and wax.and added special synthetic oil.
KAL-RB200MA is water miscible release agent for MG die casting.
And keep sufficient releasing & lubricating ability at higher temperature than MG melting
temperature. These advantages lead to mould protecting and no residues leaving on mould
and parts.
KAL-RB200MA coated surface of MG parts with thin film it means maintaining MG's original
color for a long time. Because KAL-RB200MA stop up oxidation progress effectively.
Also KAL-RB200MA make surface of parts very clean as preventing reaction between water and
MG. this lead to good productively and saving cost.

How to use

- Firstly fill tank with water
- Pour KAL-RB200MA into tank according to your intended dilution rate.
